Remove fields 

To remove a field from To Field submenu, you must take the following steps:

1. On the Tools menu, point to 4Team Options, and then click Signature2Contacts. Signature2Contacts Options form will open.

2. In the fields’ list, click the field you want to remove from To Field submenu.

3.  Press Remove, to remove the selected field from the list.
