  1. How do I purchase your software? What delivery options do I have?

    You can use your Credit Card, PayPal, wire transfer, Check (for US only). All these options are available when you order a product from our website. All software from our website is downloadable, but you can also order the 4Team BCD that contains installation files and Documentation, which are sent by regular mail.

  2. Do you provide a discount for Non-Profit Organizations?

    Yes, we do. Send us your NPO statement of exemption by faxand indicate the name of the actual purchaser and his/her email address, where we can send the Promo Code that will generate the discount.

  3. I'm not a PC professional. Can I get help to install and tune-up the trial?

    Yes, you can get a free phone, email and LiveChat Help support in order to install and tune-up the program properly. Please check the Supportpart of our Online Help.

  4. I have downloaded the trial version of your product and it says that I need to activate the program? How can I activate my trial product and where can I get my activation number?

    The 14-day trial version does not require any activation. If you do get this message immediately after installing, contact our support for help.

  5. I have downloaded product trial a month ago and now I am trying to install it. But I get message that “Your trial is over”. What should I do?

  6. I just purchased the program but still don’t have the Activation Code.

    We email Activation Codes within 24 hours after the purchase. But on workdays we usually send Activation Codes within 1 hour.  Please send us an email or call us if you don't receive it within this period.

  7. I have purchased additional licenses, but my new activation code activates the wrong number of licenses now. What should I do?

    Please send us an email or call us after the purchase, and we will send you the new Activation Code.

  8. How do I update from the previous product version to a new one?

    You must uninstall the previous version (go to Control Panel->Add\Remove programs list) and download and install the new one.

  9. Must I have administrator's privileges for windows user account if I want to install Product?

    Administrative privileges are not necessary, but recommended.

  10. Demo that we have downloaded has now expired and we didn't get chance to trial it properly.  Is there any way that we can download and try it again for another 14 days?

  11. I’ve received a new e-mail message from my colleague and would like to add him to my Contact list. When on the Actions or Edit menu, I click Signature2Contacts, a message “Please select text in edit pane or copy it to clipboard” appears and a Contact form isn’t filled in. What am I doing wrong?

    This type of message appears when signature text you want to copy to a new Contact form is not selected. So, first of all you must select the signature text and only then on the Actions or Edit menu, click Signature2Contacts.

  12. My contact has sent me two phone numbers: one is his business number and another is his personal. Signature2Contacts automatically fills in only the first one of them. Why?

    If there are several phone numbers in the signature and their type is not noted, Signature2Contacts automatically fills in only the first one of them. You can manually fill in the second phone number to the appropriate field.

  13. As I understand, Signature2Contacts detects fax number by the word “Fax“, which is written in front of the number. Will it detect the fax, if in front of the number it will be written “fax”?

    Yes, as the detection of information is case-insensitive in Signature2Contacts.

  14. Is manual assigning of information to the field, which is not on the General frame of the Contact form, possible?

    No. In this case you must use Signature2Contacts toolbar or Signature2Contacts menu item.

  15. I want to clear my contact form, but Clear button on the toolbar is disabled. Why?

    Clear button can be disabled because you are trying to clear the form of a contact that already exists. Clear function is available only in the case of yet unsaved contact.

  16. I have filled in a new Contact form and saved the contact. As there was some un-applied information left, I opened the same contact form again in order to assign that information, but I have found no signature text in the form body. Where have it disappeared?

    By default Contact form body is cleared after saving a contact. To change this setting, on the Tools menu, point to 4Team Options, and then click Signature2Contacts. In Signature2Contacts Options form clear the Clear signature text in Contact form body after saving check box, to save signature information along with contact information.

  17. Why Signature2Contacts removes signature text color formatting in Contact form body when the contact is saved?

    By default signature text color formatting in Contact form body is removed after saving a contact. To change this setting, on the Tools menu, point to 4Team Options, and then click Signature2Contacts. In Signature2Contacts Options form clear the Remove signature text color formatting in Contact form body after saving check box and the color formatting then won’t be removed.

  18. My friend has included her profession name in the signature. I would like to assign this special information to the adequate field in the Contact form, but can’t find the name of the field on To Field submenu.  Should I type friend’s profession in the Profession field or is there other way out from the situation?

    Yes, it is. On “To Field” submenu there is Other field submenu, where all possible fields of Contact form are listed. You certainly will find the Profession field in there.

  19. My contacts usually include their initials in the message signature. When manually assigning initials information, I always have to use Other field submenu to find the field. It takes me some time and I would like to fasten my work. How can I do it?

    You can add Initials fields in “To Field” submenu. You can do it on Signature2Contacts Options form: press Add… to open Add field(s) form and in the given list of all possible fields, find and then click the Initials field.

  20. I accidentally closed my Signature2Contacts toolbar. How can I turn it on again?

    To turn on Signature2Contacts toolbar, on the View menu point to Toolbars, and then click Signature2Contacts. Remember, that this toolbar is only accessible from the Contact form.
